We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
If the product is in a US warehouse:
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it ( 1 - 2 business days );
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you ( 2 - 7 business days );

If the product is in a China warehouse:
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it ( 10 - 30 business days );
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you ( 10 - 30 business days );
Note: Products from our warehouse in China will be shipped to the US warehouse first, and then from the US warehouse to the customer.
There is no special shipping service for products sent from Chinese warehouses to US warehouses. If you want to receive your products faster, you can contact us to use air shipping, but the cost for air shipping needs to be paid by the customer
If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.
Items shipped from ORICLAMBO can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded.
To cancel an Order, please contact us by e-mail. Order that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you received one of our products as a gift, and would like to return it, you must provide the order number so we can process the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. We suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be eligible for a full refund.
