We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. We do not ship outside the United States for now.

TRACKING IS NOT SHOWING ANY MOVEMENT, WHY IS THAT?

Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the US due to high demand and COVID-19 and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier, but tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

WHY HAVEN'T RECIIVED THE TRACKING NUMBER AFTER MANY DAYS?

Sometimes due to the shortage of goods and the impact of COVID-19, we will delay the shipment, so the update of the tracking number cannot be so timely. If you meet this problem, please contact us, we will do our best to help you.

CAN YOU SHIP TO MY ADDRESS?

Generally speaking, we will ship the goods to your doorstep, but we cannot rule out that some shipping carriers have their own storage locations.

We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 WAHT IF MY ITEM/PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:

Take a picture of the damage.

Then please email us at service@txleand.com immediately and attach the photos. Please remember to describe to us what happened. Please include your name, order number, purchase item and order time. It' very important to us.

We will contact you directly with the next steps.

DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

WAHT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PURCHASE?

You have 30 days to return an item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the original warranty.

We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.
